NGO Strategy Session Organized by the Interim Facilitating Group for the Follow-up to Monterrey (IFG) UN Headquarters, 19 March 2003 Conference Room 9 (subject to change due to Security Council consultations--any changes will be posted outside Room 9) 

 

ECOSOC Hearings and Dialogue with Representatives of Civil Society UN Headquarters, 20 March 2003 ECOSOC Chamber (subject to change due to Security Council consultations--any changes will be posted at the Visitor's Entrance and outside the ECOSOC Chamber) 

 

NGO ACCREDITATION 

 

The NGO Briefing / Strategy Session and ECOSOC Hearings and Dialogue with Representatives of Civil Society are open to all NGOs which meet the following criteria: 

 

1. If you are in possession of a valid UN Headquarters grounds pass. ECOSOC accredited NGOs can request UN ground passes for representatives of their organizations for the days of the meetings by writing to the ECOSOC NGO Section (Fax: (212) 963-9248) with the following information: 

 

Name of ECOSOC accredited NGO
Name of representatives(s) needing a pass
Name of meeting
Dates of pass (e.g. 18 - 21 March, 2003)
E-mail
Fax: 

OR

2. If your organization was accredited to the International Conference on Financing for Development (ICFFD) or its Preparatory Committee (PrepCom). In this case, you must notify UN-NGLS (ngls@un.org, fax 212 963 8712) by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, 17 March in order to make the necessary arrangements.
