12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

ILO Conference Room

1828 L Street, NW, Suite 600

Washington, DC 20036

If you were unable to attend the meeting, but would like for us to share the meeting notes please send an email to jbaker@new-rules.org. We will happily share the notes with any NGOs or CSOs.

On February 26th join the New Rules for Global Finance Coalition to plan for the Spring Meetings of the IMF and World Bank. In spring 2006 many of us were involved in organizing workshops on the FFD Agenda in Washington during the WB-IMF Spring meetings.  The Financing for Development Office was especially grateful for these meetings and have encouraged us to do this again.  This is a wide open invitation to any and all who would like to be engaged in this process. Click here to view the 2006 program of events.

Agenda for Monday, February 26

  • Update on what other groups are planning

  • Update on the Proposal of the New President of ECOSOC

  • Update on the IMF/World Bank agenda for the spring meetings

  • Plan events and workshops in DC that incorporate and complement the ECOSOC Agenda.

Please let Jamie Baker know if you would like to be added to email lists for those who would like to be actively involved in the FFD agenda.
